Lady Gaga's 'Till It Happens To You' gets nominated at the Emmy Awards.

The nominees for the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced today. The awards show, which is set to honor the best in United States primetime television programming from June 1, 2015 until May 31, 2016, will be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on September 18th.

As expected by fans, Lady Gaga's song "Till It Happens To You" which was written in collaboration with Diane Warren for the 2015 documentary film "The Hunting Ground" is nominated for "Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics" Award. The song is now the first ever one in history to receive nominations at the Grammys, Oscars, and Emmys in a single year! However, despite of co-writing the song  and producing it, the Television Academy didn't recognize Lady Gaga and only gave credit to Diane Warren, saying in a statement: "Gaga didn't write enough lyrics to be nominated with Diane". According to reports, Gaga won't receive the award if the song wins.

Back in 2011, Lady Gaga's DVD concert special "The Monster Ball Tour Live At The Madison Square Garden" have won an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Picture Editing". In 2015, her concert special with Tony Bennett titled "Cheek To Cheek: LIVE!" was nominated for "Outstanding Variety Special". Last year at the Emmy Awards, Lady Gaga presented the trophy for "Best Actor In A Limited Series" to actor Richard Jenkins.
