The American morning TV show 'Good Morning America' (GMA) is currently hosting its 2016 Annual Friday Summer Concert Series, featuring the hottest chart-topping music stars live from the Rumsey Playfield in New York City's Central Park. The concert includes 16 Friday shows which kicked off last May 20th and will end on September 2nd.
The event, which was organized by the popular morning show, is now about to end with remaining four dates to go. The next performer is Keith Urban on August 12th, to be followed by an unknown performer on August 19th, then Jason Aldean on August 26th, then finally Jason Derulo on September 2nd.
GMA is still very silent on who will perform on the August 19 slot of the concert series. However, latest speculations suggests that Lady Gaga, who is currently being rumored to release a new single this month, is the one who is scheduled for the mysterious concert date!
Following an alleged announcement made by a certain radio host claiming that Gaga is dropping new music in the next 30 days plus rumours of her making a comeback at the MTV VMAs this month, many fans are now thinking that she might premiere her new single on the said morning show.
If the rumours are true, it won't be Lady Gaga's first time to perform at the particular summer concert series. In 2011, she was featured on the show where she performed her hit singles 'Bad Romance', 'Born This Way', and 'Judas'. The concerts, which are free and open to the public, are live during the airing of 'Good Morning America' every Friday until September 2nd from 7AM to 9AM ET.
