After Adele refuses to accept the offer of performing at next year's Halftime Show at Super Bowl, recent rumors suggests that the National Football League (NFL) is now aiming to recruit someone like Lady Gaga, Pink, Rihanna, or Ariana Grande!

The four huge popstars are now being rumored as NFL's top choices to perform for the show. Although nothing is officially confirmed as of the moment, the news, which apparently originated from TV show producer Ricky Kirshner, have instantly became viral on Twitter. If it's real that Gaga, Pink, Riri, and Ari are being considered as contenders for the show, then the team from NFL will decide on who among from the four musicians should perform. Selecting the performers of the Super Bowl's halftime show is a crucial process. A panel headed by Tracy Pearlman, the NFL's director of entertainment and TV programming will team up with the league's production company and the show's producer and director to facilitate the selection of performers.
Earlier this year, Lady Gaga was selected by the NFL to perform the American National Anthem at the 2016 Super Bowl. If the rumors are true, then Lady Gaga, who is set to release new music this year, could potentially have the chance to perform at the Halftime Show for the first time. It would also be a great way for her to promote her new album to over 100 Million viewers worldwide.
Halftime shows are a tradition during American football games including the Super Bowl at all levels of competition. The next Super Bowl is scheduled on February 5, 2017 at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
